Welcome to the Headshots Tourney blog. Throughout the Summer of 2012  armoured knights will fight in tournaments of foote up and down merry England. Six tournaments in all will take place at some of the finest historical sites in England.

The Tournaments are being run by English Heritage, and will feature Knights from the Medieval Siege Society, The ................., and The Suffolk Free Company.

The sites to be visited are  Old Sarum in Wiltshire, Battle Abbey in Sussex, Richmond Castle in North Yorkshire, Framlingham Castle in Suffolk, Carisbrooke Castle on the Isle of Wight and the tournament season will climax in the heart of England at Kenilworth Castle in Warwickshire.

This intrepid reporter will be at all six tourneys (I am fighting in five of them) so I hope to cover each event as it happens, but don't expect me to be unbiased:0) Please leave comments about the events and who you cheered for.
